Andersonlane
Friday 6th November
7pm
Andersonlane are hitting the Victorian road this spring - chasing live music, regional venues and, apparently, unicorns.
Cheryls and Tex launch the Keep The Music Playing Tour. For Andersonlane, #keepthemusicplaying is more than a hashtag.
"We support the venues that support live original music. We work with them to put on entertainment and help with promotion at a cost they can actually afford. If we want these places to survive, we have to support them."
And then there are the unicorns.
"I'm hunting unicorns - and yes, I'm a little bit crazy," laughs Cheryls. "They're the people who still believe in music and the community it creates. Believe me, they're out there."
Andersonlane is bringing the campfire to life this November at The Stratford Courthouse — without the camping and, for safety purposes, without the fire. We’re here to thank you for the connection — actual, 3D, real-life human interaction. There’ll be songs, stories, and probably a few things we shouldn’t say out loud. You may laugh, you might even tap a foot. Bring someone you like — or bring your mum, I would love to meet your mum. This kind of night works a little magic, joining more folk than country. Grab a ticket, come be part of the room, and help us celebrate #keepthemusicplaying.
Doors open at 6 o’clock for a 7pm start.
Wits End Bar will be serving locally crafted beer, cider and wine.
All tickets $20+ small online booking fee
