A Symphony of Soul

John Gibson Jazz Ensemble - Cara Shaefer (vocals), John Gibson (piano and keyboard) with friends Doc Carr (bass) and Tom Gannon (drums) have a great time playing their favourite grooves and jazz standards that everyone loves.

For this show they are joined by well-known string quartet, Simply Classical, for an evening of A Symphony of Soul, a special collaborative performance where two music worlds collide and meld to raise spirits.

Simply Classical is a group of classically trained musicians who come together to perform music for a wide variety of musical events.

Comprising Ann Roffe and Donna Stemburger on violin, Ally Orr on viola and group founder, Rosemary Iversen on cello, their repertoire ranges from the Classics, Pop, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Jazz and other favourites.

Both quartets have had a lot of fun preparing this show together and look forward to delivering a great night.

The Stratford Courthouse Theatre will be set up cabaret style with tables and chairs to provide a relaxed atmosphere.

Bring your friends and some nibbles for a great night.

The Wit’s End Bar will be serving local crafted beers, wines and cider. Strictly no BYO drinks
